Privacy Policy
This policy explains how FiveScout handles data. FiveScout is operated by an independent developer. Contact: support@fivescoutgo.com.
What we collect
The Riot IDs (GameName#TagLine), region, and puuids returned by the Riot API.
Public ranked, match, and champion mastery data used to generate reports. We do not collect Riot passwords, login credentials, or client memory data.
An anonymous client cookie used to count the weekly free quota and prevent abuse. It is not an account.
How we use data
Generate, cache, and display five-player scouting reports, and queue work for the worker.
Enforce the free quota, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal data or package Riot raw data for sale.
Storage and retention
Generated reports are kept for 24 hours by default and removed by a cleanup job after expiry.
The anonymous client cookie may last up to one year. Clearing browser cookies resets the anonymous quota but does not delete reports already generated.
The database and service logs may briefly retain job status, error messages, and technical logs.
Share links
Report pages are public to anyone with the unguessable slug. The slug is not an access-control mechanism.
Do not post links in untrusted places. Reports do not contain Riot passwords or payment information.
Third parties
Data comes from the official Riot Games API and Data Dragon. The service is hosted on our own server, sign-in emails are sent through Resend, and subscription payments are processed by Creem.
FiveScout is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games.
Your choices
You can clear browser cookies to reset the anonymous quota.
Email support@fivescoutgo.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data.
We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your email address to protect your account.
